This AGREEMENT is effective as of the day of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”), and is between the Town of Ashland City, Tennessee (the “Franchising Authority” or the “Town”), and Comcast of Nashville I, LLC (the “Company”). For purposes of this Agreement, unless otherwise defined in this Agreement, the capitalized terms, phrases, words, and their derivations, shall have the meanings set forth in Appendix A.
