STATEMENT OF WORK – FRT MONITORING SERVICESStatement of Work • August 6th, 2014
This Statement of Work for Services (“SOW”) is made and entered into as of October 1, 2014, between Financial Recovery Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“FRT”), and San Bernardino County Employees’ Retirement Association, a California public retirement association formed pursuant to the County Employees’ Retirement Law of 1937, (“Client”). This SOW sets out the terms pursuant to which FRT will provide the service of purpose of this SOW. This SOW is being entered into in connection with and subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Master Services Agreement between FRT and Client dated as of October 1, 2014 (the “Agreement”) and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. All capitalized terms used herein that are not otherwise defined shall have the same meaning as ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.
