This Agreement, including the General Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms and Conditions applicable to Licensee’s specific Orders hereunder, describes the legal framework under which Licensee may license Services from Jaggi. All references in this Agreement to the “sale” or “purchase” (or other similar terms) of any Services shall mean the sale or purchase of a license to such Services.
