This ECCnet Item Certification Service Agreement (Agreement) is entered into between GS1 Canada (GS1) and the entity identified via online registration (Company). GS1 and Company are collectively referred to as the “Parties” or, when used individually, a “Party”. All capitalized terms used in this Agreement that are not defined in the text of the Agreement will have the meaning set forth in Attachment
