In order to induce Advantage Futures LLC ("Advantage" ) to enter into the Client Agreement to which this Guarantee is incorporated by reference and attached, with (referred to therein as "Client"), and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned individual (the "Guarantor") hereby unconditionally guarantees the prompt, full and complete payment of any and all obligations, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, that may at any time be owing by Client to Advantage under the Client Agreement.
