THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made by and between the City of Cheney, a non-charter code city of the State of Washington (the "City") and BHC Consultants LLC, a Washington corporation LLC, (the "Consultant"). The City and Consultant are jointly referred to as the "parties."
