The Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters (PNWRCC) bargaining committee and the management team at Roseburg Forest Products have recently been in negotiations to collectively bargain a successor agreement. The teams worked diligently towards an agreement where we met consecutively during three (3) separate meetings in June and July. Our proposals addressed your concerns and interests as reported by your steward. This Tentative Agreement consists of language modifications as well as a wage increase that is worthy of putting forth to our members for ratification.
