This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by and between the Board of Education of Township High School District No. 113 (“Board” or “District”) and the District 113 Education Association (“DEA”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) and shall be effective as of October 13, 2020.
