This MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“this Agreement”) is entered into, and shall be effective, upon signature of the parties (the “Effective Date”), by and between Carnegie Dartlet LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 210 Littleton Road, Suite 100, Westford, Massachusetts 01886 (“Carnegie Dartlet”), and The University of North Texas System, a public university system with its principal place of business at 1901 Main St, Dallas, TX 75201 (“Client”). Carnegie Dartlet and Client are hereinafter sometimes referred to, together, as the “Parties” and, individually, as a “Party.”
