THIS MUTUAL NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is between KnowBe4, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“KnowBe4”), and its Affiliates (as defined below) and the Company (as defined below). For purposes of this Agreement, with respect to any entity, “Affiliate” means any other entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with that entity.
