This Data Protection Agreement (“DPA”) shall apply to the processing of Personal Data in accordance with Article 6(3)(b), and Schedule 1 addresses transfers of Personal Data from a Data Exporter based in the DIFC to Data Importers established in jurisdictions other than the DIFC, whether in UAE or elsewhere (“Third Country”), in accordance with Articles 26 and 27 of the Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020 (the “DP Law 2020”) and the Data Protection Regulations 2020 (the “Regulations”), together the Data Protection Legislation (the “DPL”).
