In the consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter “City of Lincoln”), pursuant to its authority grants to Lancaster County, Nebraska (hereinafter “Licensee”) a license to cross and occupy an area associated with a 48-inch pipeline owned by the City of Lincoln in the areas described within this License Agreement and generally located near and southeast of Highway 6 between 148th Street and Canongate Road in Waverly, Nebraska.
