made this 1st day of July, 2019 (the "effective date"), by and between WASTE AWAY SYSTEMS, LLC, a Limited Liability Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio ("Waste Away Systems"), and the VILLAGE OF SUGAR GROVE, a municipal corporation created under the laws of the State of Ohio ("Village") (hereafter collectively the "Parties").
