This Interlocal Agreement (“ILA”) is made by and between the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority, Inc. (“BCRUA”), a non-profitlocal government corporation of the State of Texas, created and existing under the laws of the State, including Subchapter D of Chapter 431 as amended, Texas Transportation Code, and created by the City of Cedar Park, Texas, the City of Leander, Texas, the City of Round Rock, Texas all home-rule municipalities and political subdivisions of the State, (individually the “City”; collectively the “Cities”) and the Village of Volente, Texas (“Volente” or “Village”), a Texas Type-B, general-law municipality. The BCRUA, including the Cities and Volente are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
