This AZCOMP Managed Threat Response (hereafter referred to as MTR) Agreement is a legal contract between AZCOMP Technologies, Inc., an Arizona corporation with offices located at 2500 S. Power Rd., Suite 117, Mesa, Arizona 85209 (“AZCOMP”), and you, the entity named on the sales quote who is entering this MTR Agreement by electronically accepting and signing the sales quote (“Customer”). This MTR Agreement, as well as any Signed Quotes/Sales Orders, any applicable Business Associate Agreement, Exhibits and/or Attachments thereto, shall collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement”.
