The Agreement is entered into by the parties hereto in order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the Employer and its employees. It is the desire of both parties to cooperate in maintaining a harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees, and to an amicable method of settling any difference or grievance relating to the general working conditions which may arise from time to time.
