COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTCollective Agreement • October 28th, 2011
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain bargaining relations between the Employer and those of its staff at its Lodges at Toronto, Ontario for whom the Union is the bargaining agent as set out in Article of this Agreement and to provide orderly procedurefor the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and for the maintenanceof mutually satisfactory hours of work, wages and working conditions of such employees. It is the desire of the parties hereto to co-operate and harmoniously work together in the promotion of the highest standard of care for the residents in the Lodges.
