CONTRACT entered into on March 5, 2008, between the GOVERNMENT OF JAMAICA (hereinafter referred to as the "Borrower") and the INTER-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") to cooperate in the execution of a program designed to restore services and basic mobility to the population through the repair and stabilization of infrastructure damaged as a result of the hurricane and flood following heavy rains during the 2007 Atlantic hurricane season (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). The major aspects of the Project are described in detail in Annex A.
