This Virtual Accountholder Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which the Vanilla eGift Visa Virtual Account (the “Virtual Account”) has been issued by The Bancorp Bank, Wilmington, Delaware (the “The Bancorp Bank” or “Issuer”). The Issuer is an FDIC insured member institution. “Virtual Account” means the records we maintain to account for the value of claims associated with the Virtual Account. “You” and “your” mean the person or persons who receive the Virtual Account and are authorized to use it as provided for in this Agreement. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean the Issuer, our successors, affiliates or assignees. InComm Financial Services, Inc. is the entity managing the Virtual Account
