This order form is made between the Company and the Customer indicated below and is used to order the Service and associated licences and services (as set out below), and once signed by the parties forms a binding Agreement (consisting of this Order Form, the Credentially Software as a Service Agreement Terms and Conditions, DPA, Privacy Policy, and SLA). All terms in capitals used in this Order Form shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions unless defined otherwise in this Order Form. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
