This Agreement, as negotiated herein, is entered into by and between _______________________________ (“Subcontractor”) and FULLER CENTER FOR HOUSING OF UTAH COUNTY , a Utah Non-profit 501c3, (“Contractor”) (collectively the “Parties” and each individually a “Party”). As used in this Agreement, the “Owner” refers to the owner of the land or project which the Contractor is working on behalf of.
