This Continuing Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of 1, 2022, is executed and delivered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the “Department”) and The Bank of New York Trust Mellon Company, N.A., as Trustee, in connection with the issuance of the Department's Residential Mortgage Revenue Bonds, Series 2022A (Social Bonds) (the Bonds”). The Bonds are being issued pursuant to an Amended and Restated Residential Mortgage Revenue Bond Trust Indenture, dated as of July 1, 2019 (the “Master Indenture” and as amended and supplemented from time to time, collectively, the “Trust Indenture”), between the Department and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., Houston, Texas, as Trustee, Paying Agent, and Registrar for the Bonds issued by the Department thereunder (the “Trustee”).
