This agreement is by and between BE IRRESISTIBLE LLC/Demark Consulting Inc. and their assigns and all subscribers. Unless the context requires otherwise, BE IRRESISTIBLE LLC/Demark Consulting Inc., and/or their assigns shall be referred to as “us, we, or our” and you shall be referred to as “you, your, or subscriber.”
