This Replacement (if applicable) Agreement is made between the Mississippi Transportation Commission, a body Corporate of the State of Mississippi (hereinafter referred to as the “Commission”), acting by and through the duly authorized Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Transportation (“MDOT”) and {Local Public Agency, “LPA”} (hereinafter referred to as the “LPA”), for the purpose of establishing the terms under which the LPA may utilize federal funds to complete the proposed project as described below, effective as of the date of the last execution by the Commission.
