Standard Process Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (referred to as “Standard Process,” “we,” or “us”) have developed a proprietary, e-commerce platform called Patient DirectTM by Standard Process® (“Patient Direct”) to facilitate the sale of Standard Process®, MediHerb®, and Standard Process Veterinary FormulasTM products (“Products”) by health care professionals to their patients. Each individual interested in using Patient Direct must open a Patient Direct account and must accept these Patient Direct Agreement Terms for Patients (“Terms”). These Terms are a legally binding contract between Standard Process and you, the account holder. Please read these Terms carefully as you must abide by then fully. Failure to do so may result in your account being terminated and other legal action taken against you. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not access or use Patient Direct.
