THIS SITE OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT (this “SOA”) is made as of the Effective Date (defined below) between Agile Network Builders LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (the “Program Manager”), and , a (the “Co-Locator”). This SOA is executed in furtherance of and accordance with the Program Manager’s agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the “Commonwealth”) for the Commonwealth’s Wireless Infrastructure Program (the “Master Agreement”).
