The purpose of the present Collective Agreement is to establish orderly relations between the parties, to set wage rates, hours of work and other working conditions for the employees covered by this Collective Agreement, as well as to promote excellent relations and a climate of cooperation between the Company and its employees represented by the Union. The parties also recognize that they must focus on cooperation and mutual interests in order to maximize the potential for success in a highly competitive industry.

The employee who leaves the Company or whose employment is terminated by the Company, shall reimburse to the Company on her last pay cheque any overpayment of personal days, as the case may be, taking into account the number of complete months worked as an eligible employee during the year of her departure.
