Contract Type FiledJuly 27th, 2010The purpose of the present Collective Agreement is to establish orderly relations between the parties, to set wage rates, hours of work and other working conditions for the employees covered by this Collective Agreement, as well as to promote excellent relations and a climate of cooperation between the Company and its employees represented by the Union. The parties also recognize that they must focus on cooperation and mutual interests in order to maximize the potential for success in a highly competitive industry.
