This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between City of North Royalton, Ohio, (“Municipality”) and SAFEbuilt Ohio, LLC, a whole subsidiary of SAFEbuilt, LLC, (“Consultant”). Municipality and Consultant shall be jointly referred to as “Parties”.
