WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont ("VILLAGE"), Cook, Will and DuPage Counties, Illinois, and the State of Illinois ("STATE"), through its Department of Transportation, seek to enter into an agreement for the jurisdictional transfer of Bell Road (IDOT Key Route 016 80306 000000) from the STATE to the VILLAGE. A location map identifying the limits of the jurisdictional transfer is attached hereto as Addendum #1.
