MADE this day of , , in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration from Bedford Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc., the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor(s), intending to be legally bound hereby, hereby grant and convey unto the said Bedford Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc., a Pennsylvania electric cooperative corporation (“Cooperative”), its licensees, successors, and assigns, a permanent right of way and easement forty (40’) feet in width, for the construction, operation, maintenance, alteration, inspection, replacement, relocation and continuation of an aerial and/or underground electric utility line with the necessary wires, cross arms, guy wires, and other usual apparatus, as required in the opinion of the Cooperative, for the transmission and distribution of electric current including the right to use or permit the use of such right of way and easement for communication system(s) purposes, over, through and under lands of
