THIS LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into effective as of June 1, 2018, by and between TRINITY BROADCASTING OF TEXAS INC., Texas nonprofit religious corporation ("Landlord") and TARRANT COUNTY COLLEGE DISTRICT, a political sub-division of the state of Texas (hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”);
