This is an agreement for electric generation service between Verde Energy USA, Inc. (“Verde”) and you (“you” or “Customer”), for the service address or addresses set forth in the Contract Summary to which this Disclosure Statement is attached (the “Contract Summary”). Together, this Disclosure Statement, including the terms of service set forth herein, the Contract Summary, and the voice recording or signed document confirming your authorization to switch to Verde, collectively describe your agreement with respect to your purchase of electric generation service from Verde (the “Agreement”). The Agreement includes in Section 12 below an agreement to ARBITRATION for any and all disputes between Customer and Verde. You will be bound by all the provisions of the Agreement, as they may be amended from time to time.
