This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, hereinafter referred to as the “MOU,” is hereby made and entered into as of the date of final signature below and is made between the parties of the Espanola Police Department, hereinafter referred to as “EPD,” and the Espanola Public School District, hereinafter referred to as the “District,” and collectively referred to as the Parties.”
