This Articulation Agreement ("the Agreement") is entered into on this date 7.2.24 (the "effective date") between Mercyhurst University ("Mercyhurst" or "MU") and Jamestown Community College ("JCC" or "Jamestown"), collectively, the "Parties." This document sets forth the conditions upon which Mercyhurst University will admit graduates of any Jamestown Community College associate degree program into their choice of any bachelor's degree program at Mercyhurst University.
