made and entered into by and between the members of the Outdoors Alliance for Kids (Children & Nature Network, Izaak Walton League of America, National Recreation and Park Association, National Wildlife Federation, The Corps Network, REI, Sierra Club, YMCA of the USA, and the Wilderness Society), hereinafter referred to as “OAK,” and the USDA, Forest Service, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service.”
