This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is entered into this 26th day of January, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, 696 Virginia Road, Concord, MA 01742 (USACE) and Revolution Wind, LLC (Revolution Wind). The USACE and Revolution Wind may each be referred to herein as a “Party,” and may be referred to together herein as the “Parties.”
