THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia Corporation, and Triton PCS Operating Company L.L.C, (“Carrier”) a Delaware limited liability company and shall be deemed effective as of August 15, 2002, (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Carrier or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
