This End- User License Agreement ("License Agreement") is a binding agreement between you (either an individual or a company or other legal entity), the end-user, and Speech Processing Solutions GmbH (“SPS”) regarding use of the SpeechExec software and SpeechLive Service, if you have subscribed to this Service. The term software includes computer software ("SOFTWARE") and accompanying documentation and may include "online" or electronic documentation and a product key (all these things together will subsequently be referred to as the "SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
