This Mobile Connect Service Provider Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the person agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement by clicking “I Accept” at the Service Provider Account section of the Mobile Connect Developer Portal (“Portal”), or the entity upon whose behalf such person is acting, (“Service Provider”) and each of those entities identified and selected by Service Provider (the “Operator”) on the Portal. The date of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) is the date Service Provider indicates its acceptance of this Agreement. Service Provider and Operator may be referred to herein each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
