This Improvement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on , 2019, by and between the City of Dixon, a California municipal corporation (the “City”) and Jen California 6, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Subdivider”). The City and Subdivider may individually be referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” There are no other parties to this Agreement.
