This General Services Agreement sets forth the terms of Customer’s use of the LB Services (as defined in Section 1 below) and is entered into as of the date on which this Agreement is fully executed as indicated in the signature blocks below (“Effective Date”) between Lyft, Inc, a Delaware corporation located at 185 Berry St., Suite 400, San Francisco, CA 94107, (“Lyft”) and City of Richmond, located at
