This Interconnection Agreement for the Transport and Termination of Local Traffic between wireline carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of December, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Richland-Grant Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (RGTC) a Wisconsin Corporation, with principal offices at 202 North East Street, P.O. Box 67, Blue River, Wisconsin 53518 and Level 3 Communications, LLC (“LEVEL 3”) a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal offices at 1025 Eldorado Blvd., #1000 Broomfield, CO 80021.
