This Non-Reimbursable Space Act Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Virginia Department of Health, Eastern Shore Health District of Accomack County, Virginia, and the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Wallops Flight Facility, located in Wallops Island, VA, for the purpose of cooperation as it relates to the deployment and dispensing of prophylactic medications or vaccines and other supplies made available from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Strategic National Stockpile (SMS) through the Virginia Department of Health for the mutual benefit of both parties.
