Under the terms of this Agreement the Contractor shall provide teachers or course instructors to teach classes, workshops or other services, (“Class(es)”) and the City shall provide registration services and space for said Classes at Parks, Recreation and Commercial Facilities or partner properties, (“Facility/Property”).
