WATER SERVICE (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of 2021, by and between THE CITY OF GREELEY, COLORADO, a home rule municipality acting by and through its Water Enterprise (“Greeley”) and THE TOWN OF MILLIKEN, COLORADO, a home rule municipality (“Milliken”), to set forth the terms and conditions by which Greeley will use its supply and treatment facilities to provide the treatment and delivery of potable water to Milliken.
