This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered between __________ School District/Charter School (the LEA providing services “Service Provider”) and the _____________Charter School (the charter school receiving services “Charter”). Service Provider and Charter may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.” This MOU shall be effective as of the date of the last-executed signature below.
