WHEREAS, a Contribution Arrangement dated July 21, 2016 was entered into by the Ministry of Finance of Japan (the “Supporting Country”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as Trustee (the “Trustee,” and together with the Supporting Country, the “Participants”), as amended (the “Contribution Arrangement”), for the purpose of receiving funds for the Trust Fund, MTO 069029, supporting the Global Concessional Financing Facility (the “GCFF”), and for which capitalized terms used therein and herein are used as defined in the Glossary in the Operations Manual of the GCFF, as approved by the Steering Committee of the GCFF;
