This Agreement is made and entered into this 3rd day of April, 2018, by and between the International Association of Firefighters, Local 1461 (hereinafter “Union”) and King County Fire Protection District No. 2 (hereinafter the “District”). The term of this Agreement shall be January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2020 unless otherwise provided herein. This Agreement shall be subject to change and modification as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties hereto in writing. If any provision of this Agreement or the application of such provision should be rendered or declared invalid by any court action or by reason of any existing or subsequently enacted legislation, the remaining parts or portions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and unaffected.
