The Government of the Stаte of Israel and the Government of the Republic of Austria (Hereinafter referred to as the „Sides“), wishing to further develop their cooperation in the fields of culture, science, education, sports, women's affairs and youth thus contributing to strengthen the ties of sincere friendship existing between their two countries and peoples, have established this Memorandum of Understanding on Cultural, Scientific and Educational Cooperation for the years 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
