The Disclosing Party and Receiving Party wish to discuss and exchange certain items and information related and belonging to B-Wise Tek Enterprises, Gerald E. Biccum’s Indoor BICCSAN Machine (IBM Unit) patent, innovation ideas either written in text and/or any of his artwork or images associated with aircraft designs, Publications copyrights (copyrighted products and services) especially business concepts and topics associated with ZioTECH Inc (formerly GeBic Inc.) business practices related to business programs, applications, systems, components, technologies, all patents, copyrights and including IBM Unit business topics, (the “Invention”) which the parties hereto consider highly confidential and proprietary whether in the past, current or future.
